General Manager: Must have a minimum of three years hotel management experience with a strong operational background. Must be a goal setter, service-oriented, and results driven with excellent leadership skills.
Assistant/Front Office Manager: Ideal candidate must display excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire team to deliver superior guest service. Must possess multitasking ability as well as organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Basic computer skills preferred.
Sales Manager/Director of Sales: Candidate must have 2-3 years of progressive sales experience along with excellent communication, negotiation and creative skills to develop leads, materials, etc. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Basic computer skills preferred.
Sales Coordinator: Candidate must be a goal setter, detail oriented and self motivated to assist the Sales Manager/Director of Sales with developing leads, materials, etc. Excellent communication skills a must. Basic computer skills preferred.
