Wayne Newton, Vice President of Magnolia Lodging Development, has owned, developed and built a variety of high quality hotels since 1967.  He attended college at the University of Arkansas and served as a member of the United States Air Force from 1965 through 1968. 

Wayne’s talent for hotel construction has produced 40 hotels and he has owned several brands of hotels including Homewood Suites by Hilton^®, Holiday Inn^®, Holiday Inn Express^®, Best Western^®, Hilton Garden Inn^® and AmeriSuites^®. 

He has previously acted as President for the Home Builders Association of South Arkansas, two-term President for the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce and Board Member for the Farmer’s Bank and Trust in Magnolia, Arkansas.

Currently, Wayne is involved with the construction of our two newest projects, the Homewood Suites by Hilton^®, Dallas/Frisco and the Hilton Garden Inn^®, Richardson.
