Matthew Newton, President and Treasurer for Magnolia Lodging, LLC joined the company in 1996 as part of our Development Team.  In 2001 he was promoted to Vice President of our Development Team and in 2003 he was named President and Partner for Magnolia Lodging, LLC.  With over 10 years of experience within the hotel industry, Matthew has proven himself to be a valuable asset to the Magnolia Lodging team. 

Matthew’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.  He is currently an active Board Member for the Texas Hotel Lodging Association and has previously served on the AmeriSuites Franchise Advisory Council.
